<p>PURPOSE: To have and maintain an accurate size, reinforce simply and quickly and prevent the generation of a chemical reaction between material parts by forming the end of an insulator so as to be the prescribed times of the diameter of a shank. CONSTITUTION: In a high pressure insulator, the end 3 of the insulator of a joined part is formed so as to be at least 1.05 times of the diameter d of a shank 8 and this thickened end 3 is machined cylindrically after burning and continued upto the end surface and this is the rotation symmetrical high pressure insulator of a seramic material having a shrinked cap 2 fitted in the end 3. The end of the cap 2 facing to the insulator is projected beyond the thickened end of the insulator and a stopper 9 on the end surface of the insulator is provided on the end surface. An fitting groove 7 is provided between the cap 2 and the shank 8 and the surface with at least 1.5 mm, favorably 2-5 mm height is provided on the end surface of the insulator.</p> |
