<p>PURPOSE:To identify the kind and number of a plurality of commodities by discriminating a plurality of resonance tags having the different resonant frequency and a plurality of resonance tags having the same resonance frequency at the same time in an apparatus, which identifies the commodity to which the resonance tags are attached. CONSTITUTION:Resonance tags, wherein the different resonance frequencies are set for every kind are attached to a foodstuff 2. A resonance coil of an identification area 4 is embedded. A sweep oscillator 6, wherein the resonance coil is a part of a circuit, is driven with a CPU 8 through a phase-locked loop circuit 14, and the oscillating frequency from the sweep oscillator 6 is swept. The occurrence of a dip is detected based on the circuit current of the sweep oscillator 6 with a current detecting circuit 7. The CPU discriminates the kind and number of the foodstuffs based on the sweeping frequency and the amount of the dipping when the clip is detected.</p> |
