PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTER, PHOTOSENSITIVE FILM USING THE SAME, PRODUCTION OF COLOR FILTER AND COLOR FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a color filter having excellent heat resistance by laminating a monomer having an ethylenically unsatd. bond, a photopolymerization initiator, a specified polymer and a colored photosensitive resin layer on a base film. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin composition for the color filter consisting of the polymer of total amount 100 pts.wt. obtained by copolymerizing 10-90 pts.wt. monomer having the ethylenically unsatd. bond, 1-30 pts.wt. photopolymerization initiator, 5-10 pts.wt. thermal addition polymerization inhibitor used at need, 1-50 pts.wt. monomer expressed by formula I-formula III and 1-50 pts.wt. monomer except for formula I-formula III, and pigment particulates and the colored photosensitive resin layer containing this photosensitive resin composition for the color filter are laminated on a base film. In the formula, each R<1>, R<2>, R<3> and R<5> is hydrogen atom or methyl group independently, R<4> is 1-5C alkyl group and (n) is an integer of 1-10.
