The machine has a mobile chassis (3) carried on four wheels. The rear wheels are driven by friction from a roller running on the wheel and driven by a motor. The chassis carries a hopper (1) filled with corn. A rising conveyor (8) is mounted by a pivot on the bottom of the hopper. The conveyor has raised walls forming constant volume containers (20) along its length. The speed of the conveyor can be controlled by the operator to control rate of delivery of corn. The corn falls into a delivery chute (9, 13) which has a mechanism (11,21) to force the corn through a pipe inserted in the bird's throat. A contactor (10) automatically stops the conveyor when the delivery chute is raised.
