PURPOSE:To efficiently and economically regenerate a waste chromium soln. to obtain a purified chromium soln. by dispatching an ion exchange device on a vehicle to an iron mill to purify the waste chromium soln. to store the purified chromium soln. in a purified chromium soln. storage tank and carrying back a saturated ion exchange resin to a regeneration special factory to regenerate the same. CONSTITUTION:A storage tank 5 for a waste chromium soln. much in the content of impurity metal ions is provided in a steel sheet surface treatment factory and a definite amt. of a chromium plating soln. is blown from a chromium plating soln. tank 4 to be introduced into the storage tank 5. When the storage tank 5 is filled, a ground device and the portable ion exchange columns 2 on a truck 7 are connected by a coupler part 7 and the waste soln. from the storage tank 5 is passed through a first gathering pipe 8 to be distributed to the portable ion exchange columns 2 to be passed therethrough in parallel and once gathered in a second gathering pipe 9 to be distributed to portable ion exchange columns 3 to be passed therethrough in parallel. By this constitution, a purified waste soln. (purified soln.) is gathered in a third gathering pipe 10 and subsequently recovered in the purified chromium soln. storage tank 6 provided on the ground through a valve 14. |
