摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To economically obtain a molded article and to prevent the bias of the front edge of an intermediate layer by supplying a polymer material, in order to form a corresponding layer of an article and separately moving the flow thereof to respective nozzle means and equalizing the flow states thereof to the respective nozzle means. CONSTITUTION: A polymer material enters a manifold 219 from injection cylinders 208, 210, 212 and is divided to be supplied to five polymer flow passages and guided to rams 232, 234, 252, 260, 262 to pass through the flow passages in both of a manifold extension part 266 and a runner extension part 276. These polymer flows enter a Y-shaped separation member from a T-shaped separation member, to enter eight injection nozzle assemblies 296 from eight pieces of supply blocks 294. Then, the polymer material is injected into an injection cavity 102 to form a multilayered parison. Movable core carrier plates arranged in parallel are attached to a movable platen and one set of two-row eight cores is internally engaged with the injection cavity 102. Eight preformed parisons are molded into a container shape in a blow-in bolster plate 106.</p>
