The device includes a pen body (1) with an upper push button (3) which is attached to an ink tube (2). The push button interior is hollowed out and contains a small loudspeaker (7), an electronic record component (6) and a battery (5). When the button is depressed, a switch (4) in the circuit is activated, so an audio message is played each time the button is depressed.
