<p>The manufacturing method for decoration panels comprises (A) finely grinding waste fibers in a crusher and then mixing ground fibers with vinyl acetate resin in a mixer ; (B) passing the mixture through the first rolls to smooth its surface and drying it up to 70-80% in a drying chamber ; (C) passing it through the second rolls to produce a flat and solid panel and completely drying the panel in the drying chamber ; and (D) coating both sides of the panel with melt plastics.</p> |
