<p>PURPOSE: To provide a friction pump of Siegbahn type or Holweck type which can be operated at high number of revolution and can suppress a clearance between a rotary member and a stationary member to be small. CONSTITUTION: A friction pump of Siegbahn type or Holweck type is provided with a magnetic bearing using a permanent magnet 10 with the self adjusting function. Same components 6, 8 are formed and assembled with each other so as to function as essential components of the magnetic bearing, and function as essential components of the friction pump.</p> |
