MANUFACTURE OF SHOE WITH SUEDED SURFACE AND SUEDED SHOE

PURPOSE:To make design diversification feasible by making the fiber planting of an upper of a shoe easy and inexpensive while retaining the elasticity of the upper and allowing the shading of the sueded part by changing the density of fibers in the same fiber-planted part. CONSTITUTION:A urethane adhesive is applied to the surface of an upper 1 of a molded PVC boot to form an adhesive layer 3. While the adhesive layer 3 remains unhardened and still retains adhesiveness, a flocking agent which contains short nylon fibers 4 scattered in a solvent is sprayed vertically to the adhesive layer of the surface of the upper 1 by a spray nozzle 5. Short fibers 4 hit the adhesive layer 3 vertically and are planted as if get stuck. Some of the short fibers 4 which are not adhered sufficiently from which the solvent in the flocking agent is evaporated are removed by air blowing. To shade the part where fibers are planted, the flocking agent is sprayed to densely- planted parts for a longer duration than less densely-planted parts.
