PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part car body structure of a vehicle which does not deteriorate operability of an attachment operation of a functional module even when the functional module is disposed on a position corresponding to a rear header on a roof panel and can secure the rigidity of a rear edge part of the roof panel.SOLUTION: A rear part car body structure includes a roof panel 3 with which the vehicular interior 1c is covered and a rear header 2 which is extended in the car width direction and is fastened to the lower surface of the rear edge part 4 of the roof panel 3. An antenna opening 3b which opens the vehicular interior 1c to an outer part and fastens the antenna 11 thereto is penetrated to the roof panel 3. A rear header 2 has an extension part 2g extended in the car width direction. The extension part 2g is formed in a closed cross-section shape by the roof panel 3 and/or the rear header 2. An operation hole 2e which can fasten the antenna 11 from the vehicular interior 1c side to the roof panel 3 is formed on the extension part 2g. |
