PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing an extract exhibiting excellent sterilizing effect while preventing the degradation of the extract component. CONSTITUTION:A crude drug raw material is extracted with a liquid, the extracted liquid is filtered and the filtrate is concentrated to obtain a crude drug extract. Each of the above extraction, filtration and concentration step is continuously performed in a state isolated from the outer environment. The crude drug raw material is subjected to hot vacuum sterilization treatment before the extraction process as the initial step of the continuous process in the closed system. |
