CONSTITUTION: A production planning system is provided with a production process centralized control part 55 for performing the centralized control of a production process 53, and a production plan determining part 57 to which information indicating a production plan and information for the automatic correction of the production plan are sent from the production process centralized control part 55. The production plan determining part 57 determines a production plan at real time according to the transmitted information indicating the production plan and the information for the automatic correction of the production plan, and the production process centralized control part 55 controls the production process 53 at real time.
