摘要

PURPOSE: To re-arrange the radio channel frequency of a radio base station in mobile communication service without using specific equipment and without any manual work. CONSTITUTION: In the radio base station 18, a radio base station reception signal processing part 2 monitors the electric field intensity of an up wave 17 received via a speech channel to be provided for communication with mobile terminal equipment 19 in the radio zone of the radio base station in a state in which the speech channel is not allocated to the communication. A radio base station control processing circuit 6 judges whether or not the communication should be continued via the speech line by applying prescribed statistical processing to a monitored result, and changes the speech channel to the one of another frequency when the communication is disabled to continue.
