The posture rectifying apparatus maintains horizontal position automatically by using shape memory alloy actuator and rotary angle sensor. The apparatus comprises: a posture rectifying member between rotary bed(33) with rotary angle sensor(53) and horizontal bed(35); first and second arms(31, 32) for posture rectifying to move in the guidance of groove(39) on the horizontal bed; and first and second shape memory coils(41, 42) fixed between the joint(51, 52) of the first and second arms and the attached rod(37).
