<p>PURPOSE: To improve the dehumidifying efficiency in a dehumidifier using a hollow fiber permeation membrane. CONSTITUTION: In a casing 6, an air inflow port 2 and an air outflow port 4 are formed at one end and at the other end respectively. Plural hollow fiber permeation membranes 8 are installed in a gas separation chamber 7 in the casing 6. The hollow fiber permeation membranes 8 each are opened to the air inflow port 2 and to the air outflow port 4 at one end and at the other end respectively. Dry air reaching the air outflow port 4 is fed into the gas separation chamber 7 from fine pores formed in porous hollow fiber filter membranes 21 which are installed in the gas separation chamber 7, mixed in the hollow fiber permeation membranes 8, and is discharged to the outside from a purge gas discharge port 25.</p> |
