<p>PURPOSE: To provide a dental reinforcing wire rod without producing dislocation between resin and the reinforcing wire rod even in a deformation by an external force or an excess bite pressure and, even if dislocation happens by any chance, it may end up only a slight crack in a resin base, by forming an impression and/or a protrusion at least a part on the outer surface of the wire rod with a flat cross section. CONSTITUTION: A dental reinforcing wire rod 10 is made of materials with characteristics of anticorrosive and without leaching out toxic matters, has a flat cross section of oval, rectangular, athletic track shaped, semicylindrical, or other shapes, is stored wound long and cut in a suitable length when used. And an impression and/or a protrusion is formed at least a part on the outer surface of the wire rod 10. The dental reinforcing wire rod 10 is cut in a suitable length corresponding to a model taken at the buccal cavity of a client to make a skeleton by bending it facing toward the setting position side in the mouth. The dental reinforcing wire rod 10 is inserted into the designated model simultaneously together with an artificial tooth 21 and resin is injected and hardened to make an artificial denture 20 with resin base 22.</p> |
