<p>PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of failure of unlocking by an opener lever in a luggage locking device capable of being unlocked by a key cylinder and the opener lever, and having a canceling mechanism for canceling unlocking by the opener lever. CONSTITUTION: An arcuate groove 12 at the center of the normal rotation of a first transfer lever 6 is formed to a baseplate 1, and a projection 13 guided into the arcuate groove 12 in a manner that the projection 13 can be engaged and disengaged is formed to the first transfer lever 6. A leaf spring 14 elastically energizing the first transfer lever 6 in the direction that the projection 13 is engaged with the arcuate groove 12 at all times is mounted on the baseplate 1, and the first transfer lever 6 is held at the place of the center of normal rotation by itself.</p> |
