<p>PURPOSE: To surely remove the foreign matter on a conveyed material such as paper dust, by stabilizing the electric discharge between a rotary body and an electrifying means. CONSTITUTION: As for foreign matter recovering device which is equipped with an electrifying device 42 for a conveyed member P and a roller 41 which is arranged oppositely to the electrifying device 42, having a conveyance passage for the conveyed member P arranged, and electrostatically attracts the foreign matter through the revolution contact with the surface of the conveyed member P which is electrified by the electrifying device 42, the outer peripheral surface of the roller 41 is constituted of the covering with a resistance layer on an electric conductive layer, which is electrically grounded.</p> |
