PURPOSE: To improve the convenience of sue of a portable telephone set and its adaptor by improving the procedure of handling a cosmetic cover on a connector plug and a connector jack for the adaptor for the portable telephone set. CONSTITUTION: A tentative container pocket 7 containing a connector plug 5 connected to a portable telephone set 2 is formed and a cosmetic cover container pocket 15 containing a cosmetic cover 8 on a connector jack 6 connected to the connector plug 5 is formed. When the portable telephone set is not mounted, the connector plug 5 is fitted to the tentative container pocket 7 and when the portable telephone set is mounted, the connector plug 5 is plugged into the connector jack 6 and the cosmetic cover 8 removed from the connector jack 6 is contained in the container pocket 15.
