<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive insert which protects an externally attaching microelectronic device. SOLUTION: A conductive insert is designed so that the breakdown or the inoperativeness of a microelectronic device due to ESD(electrostatic discharge) or RFI(radio frequency interference) can be prevented. The conductive insert is provided with a first extension surface and a second internal surface. On the second internal surface, a conductive material is attached, and the protection against an ESD or an RFI is provided on an externally mounting electronic device. In order to protect an externally mounting microelectronic component, the conductive insert 12 is attached inside a mounting plate which covers the externally mounting electronic device. Instead of attaching the conductive material on the interior surface, the insert can be manufactured by a conductive material. Moreover, a conductive finger spring 14 is formed in the conductive insert 12, and an electric connection can be provided between the mounting plate and the microelectronic device or a conductive product case.</p> |
