PURPOSE: To receive burst signals radiated from respective base stations in a time-division manner, and to measure and evaluate the quality of radio waves from a specific base station at the measurement position in accordance with the level of burst signals and the error in transmission data. CONSTITUTION: A timing generation part 200 outputs the timing synchronized with the burst signal received by a reception part 100, and a level D1 of the radio wave is measured in a level measuring part 400 based on its timing signals h1 to h7, and an information detection part 300 extracts base station information DN, which is required to specify a base station, from the burst signal. A discrimination part 22 outputs a discrimination result D2 related to the effectiveness of digital data included in the burst signal. A data processing part 500 outputs the measured level in the designated base station and the discrimination result. |
