<p>PURPOSE: To provide an exhaust gas processing filter which can efficiently scavenge particulate emission matter by providing a porous ceramic plate which is produced by providing a passing hole to a porous sintered body having narrow opening holes whose average diameters are set in a specific range. CONSTITUTION: At least one passing hole is pierced and provided to a porous sintered body having narrow opening holes whose average diameters are set in a range from 150 to 700μm so as to produce a porous ceramic plate, and one ceramic plate or a plurality of ceramic plates are provided in an exhaust gas passing pipe at appropriate intervals. The narrow opening holes and the passing hole are provided as the foregoing, so that a part of exhaust gas introduced in a filter is passed through the narrow opening holes of the porous ceramic plate or the porous ceramic plates, and particulate emission matter therein is scanvenged in the ceramic plate or the ceramic plates. While, a part of the rest of the exhaust gas having passed through the passing hole is passed through the narrow opening holes as the same above. As a result, the particulate emission matter can be efficiently scavenged according to the set number of the porous ceramic plates.</p> |
