<p>PURPOSE: To surely maintain the transmission from a transmission gear to a rack gear. CONSTITUTION: A turning arm 136 fitted with the transmission gear 72 to be turned by friction of a driving side gear 71 is restrained under the state of meshing the transmission gear 72 with the rack gear 74 by a restraing lever to be moved in accordance with movement of the rack gear 74 operated by the transmission gear 72. Consequently, under the moved state of the rack gear 74, meshing of this rack gear 74 with the transmission gear 72 is surely maintained.</p> |
