<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently execute a treatment with a compact device in which an org. matter in a raw water is decomposed with ozone into a structure easily decomposable with an organism and a decomposed matter is adsorbed and decomposed biologically by a floatable filter material to which a biological membrane is stuck. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a descending flow passage 14 where a raw water to which an acidic gas is blown is descended and an ascending flow passage communicating with a bottom end of the descending flow passage in the inside of a reactor 10, and a packed layer 17 of the floatable filter material is formed in the ascending flow passage.</p> |
