<p>PURPOSE: To keep gas-exhaust capacity and to operate an exhaust gas processing apparatus for a long time without cleaning a perforated plate in the exhaust gas processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A sliding plate 2a and a fixed plate 2b which are two pieces of plate members wherein through holes 14 and 15 are opened at approximately same positions are arranged by laminating them to make a perforated plate 2 and a means which makes the effective area of an effective through hole 10 formed by laminating each through hole 14 and 15 changable is installed on this perforated plate 2. Then, even when reaction product formed by gas-liq. contact of an introduced gas with a cleaning liq. 3 adheres to the neighborhood of the effective through hole 10 to decrease the conductance, the area of the effective through hole is expanded by moving the position of the sliding plate 2a to increase the conductance and the operation is stabilized by keeping the pressure in the tower higher than the back pressure.</p> |
