FIELD: magnetic-resonance spectrometry; development of small-sized magnetic systems for magnetic-resonance spectrometers. SUBSTANCE: system has core 1, field winding 2, permanent magnets 3 with parallel-connected magnetic shunts 4, and magnetic circuit 5 forming, together with core 1 and permanent magnets 3, magnetic network with air gap; magnetic shunts 4 are built up of set of magnetic-material strips abutting with their planes side edges of permanent magnets 3.
