FIELD: electrical engineering, organization of communication channels in 0.38/10/35/110-kV lines without high-frequency processing of lines by wavetraps, input and reception of signals are accomplished on the 0.22-0.38-kV side. SUBSTANCE: device detects and transmits to the receiving center signals on emergency operation of the transmitting center, which is a defective phase condition. Reception of this information by the controller at the receiving center considerably reduces the time of search for the defective section of the three-phase power network. The device uses a transmitter, two filters of symmetrical components of direct and reverse sequences, two narrow-band filters, balanced phase detector two phase shifters, mixer, low-pass filter, integrator, local oscillator, two synchronizers. EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to the increase of the signal-to-noise ratio. |
