SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary connection of prosthesis modules and further reconnection them with quick-acting adjusting connectors connected with receiving sleeve of femur. Housing with friable material has branch pipe connected with flexible pipe through which rarefaction is created for solidity of friable material. Receiving sleeve rigidly fixed with shin pipe and when man going, according to objective and subjective characteristics, rational scheme of prosthesis construction is drawn, and after it connecting devices are withdrawn. Device for implementation of method comprises receiving sleeve, shin pipe, ankle joint, flexible sealing, branch pipe with filter and cock with flexible pipe.
