<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the troublesome work in execution and facilitate the removal of a sealing member for light in the replacement to other cable, by winding a rubber or a soft plastic foamed strip-shaped body, riding over a winding part and over an outer pipe, and tightening the periphery by a pipe fixing tool, on a wound outer pipe and a circular structure substance. CONSTITUTION: The winding starting part of a narrow width strip-shaped part 6a of a pipe sealing sheet is wound on the surface of a circular structure substance 3 positioned in an outside piping 2. When the winding diameter becomes nearly equal to the outside diameter of the outer pipe 2, the winding starting part of the wide width strip-shaped part 6b is wound continuously at least one turn on the outer pipe, including over on the outer pipe 2. Further, the strip-shaped part is firmly tightened on the outer pipe 2 and on the circular structure body 3 of the main winding part by a piping band 8 as pipe fixing tool. Through this execution, the part between the winding layers of the strip- shaped substance can be perfectly sealed easily by an adhesive later 7, and at the same time, the stage difference of the winding starting part is compressed, and the gap is reduced to zero.</p> |
