<p>PURPOSE: To minimize a burning phenomenon while holding usual excellent performance. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor consisting of a gate electrode 2, a gate insulation layer, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode 3 and a drain electrode 4, a gate wiring 9 electrically connected to the gate electrode 2, a source wiring 10 electrically connected to the source electrode 3 and a pixel electrode 1 electrically connected to the drain electrode 4 are formed on one main surface of a substrate in matrix. Then, the insulation layer is formed on the thin film transistor on the substrate. Thus, picture quality improvement by reducing burning is realized, and a liquid crystal display device with excellent process quality and reliability is provided.</p> |
