<p>PURPOSE: To easily and safely cut toilet paper with one hand by providing a presser for always pressing the toilet paper due to its abutment on the rolled toilet paper housed in a case body so as to be freely rolled. CONSTITUTION: A case body 1 is provided with a bottom plate 11 whose internal surface side is an almost arcuate curved surface plate, a back plate 12 whose internal surface is continued to the bottom plate 11, and side plates 13 and 13 provided on both of their sides, a horizontally forward expanded stand plate 3 is provided at the upper part of the front rising part of the bottom plate 11, and a cutting member 4 is fitted to the upper side of a stand plate 3 over the entire width. As a presser for suppressing toilet paper P1 with the dead weight, the base end part of a lid body 2 is pivotally attached to the upper rear corner parts of the side plates 13 and 13 so as to be freely turned. The toilet paper pulled out for the required length is cut by cutting teeth 41, by being pulled downward, pressed to the cutting member 4 and pulled a little obliquely downward.</p> |
