<p>PURPOSE: To provide a decorative sheet of high design in which an uneven pattern is formed on an outer surface without reducing a sense of blazing due to an inner fine uneven pattern and a method for manufacturing the same. CONSTITUTION: At least a lustrous layer 3, a design layer 4 and a transparent thermoplastic resin film 6 are laminated on an opaque thermoplastic resin film 2 in such a manner that the profundity of the upper boundary of the lustrous layer is 3 to 30μm and a groove uneven pattern 5 made of a pattern of line group state having an interval between protrusions is 1 to 1000μm is provided. An uneven pattern 7 is provided on the surface of the transparent film, and a rear uneven pattern 51 is provided on the rear surface of the opaque film. A method for manufacturing the same comprises the steps of sandwiching two films between two embossing rolls to apply hot pressure by simultaneously embossing both the front and rear surfaces of novel doubling to simultaneously form the patterns 5, 7 and 51, and laminating to integrate the film.</p> |
