CONSTITUTION: In a method for judging the life and deterioration of adsorbents 10, 11 used in a PSA method using adsorbing columns A, B packed with the adsorbents 10, 11 and having at least an adsorbing process and a desorbing process to separate and recover objective gas, several temp. sensors T1 -T6 are arranged to the adsorbing columns A, B and the temp. differenceΔT between the rising temp. of the adsorbing process and the falling temp. of the desorbing process is measured and the deterioration state of the adsorbents 10, 11 is judged on the basis of the temp. differenceΔT.</p> |
