<p>PURPOSE: To calculate and control using a neural net, to correct the set value of a rolling load in a short time without using a complex numerical formula, and to control a plate thickness with high precision and simpleness. CONSTITUTION: Rolling information such as the actual result value, the set value, etc., of the temperature, the speed, the plate width, etc., of a rolling stock 1 before the rolling stock 1 is bitten, is inputted in a rolling load setting device 8. At the same time, a plate thickness obtained at a point of time when the tip part of the rolling stock 1 passed through a plate thickness meter, is inputted, and the set values of the rolling loads of the rolling mills 3-4 to 3-7 on a posterior stage, on which the rolling stocks 1 are not bitten, are corrected by using a neural net 16 to roll the rolling stocks 1.</p> |
