<p>PURPOSE: To automatically wind windings by counterposing the side faces of first and second bobbins to each other after the windings are wound around the bobbins and fixing the bobbins with a pair of cores. CONSTITUTION: Two projecting sections 81 and 82 protruding upward are integrally formed at both end sections of the lower core 80 of a pair of cores 70 and 80 composed of a magnetic material. The core 80 is put on bobbins 10 and 20 from the bottom side by respectively inserting the projecting sections 81 and 82 into the holes 14 and 24 of the bobbin 10 and 20. When the core 80 is put on the bobbins 10 and 20, the lower surface of the core 80 is flushed with the lower surfaces of the bobbins 10 and 20 by putting the lower part of the core 80 in the notches 17 and 27 of the bobbins 10 and 20. In addition, the projections 81 and 82 at both ends of the core 80 are brought into contact with the core 70 through thin spacers and a closed magnetic path is formed. The winding 50 and 60 are electromagnetically coupled with each other by means of the cores 70 and 80 respectively passed through the windings 50 and 60. Moreover, the two bobbins 10 and 20 are fixed by sticking the cores 70 and 80 to each other.</p> |
