The rollers (30) of the movable unit (20) pick up the line between them and by means of a power-transmitting component (50) exert a bending torque on the line. The unit is moved along the line by means of a tow-line (60). The power-transmitting component is a lever activated by the tow-line. The lever exerts the bending torque by inclining the unit in a right-angled plane to the roller rotation shafts (34). The lever is formed by a rod (50) which has second lever, on which is located one of the rollers. It also has a pivot joint on which is located a second of the rollers. The power-transmitting component incorporates a spring. Each roller has running surface (32) concave in the rotation axis direction with a curvature radius matched to the iced-up line (10) greatest dia. The running surface, in order to increase friction, can be provided with suitably sharp teeth. |
