PURPOSE: To reduce the spring water amount dropped on a segment conveying means in the condition of a large amount spring water, to the minimum, by forming a water drip hole to a bucket installed to a cutter head, so as to drop the spring water flowing in to the cutter head, and dropping only a rock debris to a hopper chute, and dropping it on the segment conveying means. CONSTITUTION: A cut rock debris and a spring water entered in the main body of a cutter head 21, and stored at the lower side are conveyed upward in order by a bucket 29, by rotating the cutter head 21. In this case, the rock debris is conveyed upward by the bucket 29, while a part of the spring water is left to the lower side by providing the water drip hole 30. By moving the bucket 29 almost in the horizontal position, the spring water on the bucket 29 is dropped through the water drip hole 30, while the rock debris is left on the bucket 29. By moving the bucket 29 further to the upper side, the rock debris is dropped from a hopper chute 26 on a segment conveying means 27. Consequently, the spring water amount dropped on the segment conveying means 27 in a large amount of spring water condition is reduced to the minimum, and the generation of a conveying trouble is prevented. |
