摘要 FIELD: membrane for fractionizing and separating different structure albumens and other biologically active polymers in food processing, medical and other branches of industry, especially in bioprocesses for separation of objects, that are produced by genic engineering. SUBSTANCE: such membranes are used as sorbents in gradient chromatographer of albumens. Macroporous polymeric membrane for separation of albumens and other biologically active polymers and based on cross-linked copolymer of dioxipropylmethacrylate and ethylenedimethacrylate has pores diameter of 35 - 53 nm and specific surface value of 46 - 55 m/g. Effective separation of polydispersed albumens and increase of albumen mass production during albumens mixture separation by gradient chromatographic method is achieved due to the fact, that membrane is made of graft triple copolymer based on dioxipropymethacrylate and ethylenedimethacrylate of common formula. EFFECT: membrane is effectively used as sorbent in gradient chromatographer of albumens.
