摘要 FIELD: radiotechnique, namely autonomous navigation of space - vehicles with lateral surveillance radars. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of irradiating of surface of Earth by radiosignals of stabilized antenna of a space vehicle with one beam of a beam pattern in direction, normal relative to a speed vector of the space vehicle and by a sighting angle relative to a local vertical line; phase measuring of a reflected radiosignal and calculating a height of flying; measuring Doppler shift of a mean frequency of spectrum of the reflected radiosignal and calculating an instantaneous latitude of an undersatellite point according to formula, where i - orbit inclination; RR- Earth radius; H - height of the orbit; VV-linear revolution speed of points of Earth in equator; λ- radiosignal wave length; F- Doppler shift of the mean frequency of reflected radiosignal spectrum, dead reckoning of a path, had been gone from an initial point with known coordinates, and determination of current coordinates of latitude and longitude of the undersatellite point. EFFECT: simplification of the method of determination of current coordinates due to selection of irradiation of Earth surface.
