<p>PURPOSE: To improve the following performance of a swivel joint and prolong the life by suppressing the abnormal abrasion and the operation defect due to the abnormal abrasion. CONSTITUTION: A middle race 3 is interposed between an inner race 1 and an outer race 2. The middle race 3 is supported in a turnable manner around the axis center of the inner race 1 through a ball bearing 4, and the spherical surface 7 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the middle race 3 is engaged in a slidable manner with the spherical surface 8 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer race 2, and the outer race 2 is supported in a turnable manner around the center of the spherical surfaces 7 and 8 for the middle race 3.</p> |
