摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To output various kinds of power supply voltages stably while switching through small number of elements without relying upon the power supply voltage by connecting two enhancement type P transistors in series between each power supply potential and an output line thereby controlling the gate potential. CONSTITUTION: Various kinds of power supply voltages v(I) are connected with an output line 36 through two enhancement type PTRs 132(2I-1), 132 (2I). When a potential, higher by the threshold values of both TRs than the potential of the output line 36, is applied to the gate of the TRs 132 (2I-1), 132 (2I) and another power supply potential is fed to the gate of two enhancement type PTRs corresponding thereto, only the TRs 132 (2I-1), 132 (2I) are turned ON to deliver a voltage V(I) to the output line 36 while switching. This constitution can deliver various kinds of power supply voltages stably while switching using small number of circuit elements without relying upon the power supply potential.</p>
