PURPOSE: To produce an inexpensive oscillation gyro. CONSTITUTION: The oscillation gyro comprises an oscillator 11, a frame 12 and a support 13 formed integrally with a board. A drive element 14 and a detection element 15 are fixed to the oscillator 11 and the bottom face 12a of the frame 12 is secured, through a securing means, to a base 17 while being spaced apart therefrom by a predetermined distance in order to allow free oscillation of the oscillator 11. The securing means is an adhesive dispersing fine spherical particles having uniform particle size equal to the predetermined distance mentioned above in it. The adhesive forms an adhesive layer 21 between the bottom face 12a and the base 17. |
