A door trim panel(30) can be easily attached and detached to the inner wall(80) of the door frame by a push-fit connection structure of a clip fastener(60) and a retainer(40). The fastener moulded of plastic material has a flat round head(60a) and a shank(60b) with spaced flexible tips to be anchored into a hole(90) of the inner wall. The retainer made of plastic material has a flat round head(2) and a cylindrical body(45) forming a horizontal plane(3) at one side. On the cylindrical body, a pair of snap hooks(5) are provided its on both sides for anchoring the door trim panel(30), and a slot(7) is formed parallel to the end surface(6) for receiving the fastener head(60a). The retainer(40) is fitted to a stepped bore(1) of the trim panel from the outside of the door trim, and the fastener head(60a) is fitted to the slot(7) of the retainer.
