<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a cable from returning due to reverse rotation of a roller by providing the moving shaft of a receiving roller with lock/unlock mechanisms for engaging the moving shaft, at an appropriate position thereof, with the frame and disengaging the moving shaft by pulling a rope. CONSTITUTION: A presser roller 6 is fixed to a presser roller frame 5 while being energized through a spring 31 toward the supporting roller 3 side and a receiving roller 43 is provided at the lower part of the roller frame 5 such that it can move freely up and down to regulate the energization of the spring 31 by varying the cable receiving position. The moving shaft 42 of the receiving roller 43 is provided with lock/unlock mechanisms 18, 42, 47, 53, 57 and 63 for engaging the moving shaft 42, at an appropriate receiving position thereof, with a supporting roller frame 2 and disengaging the moving shaft 42 by pulling the rope. This structure prevents a cable from returning due to reverse rotation of the receiving roller 43 thus preventing the slack of cable from increasing between the spans.</p> |
