PURPOSE: To set an inner bag to an outer container without using a special tool or the like by a method wherein an inner bag provided with a storage part deformable and shrinkable by the pressure of a propellant and smaller in wall thickness than a flange part is connected to the thick-wall flange part provided with a ring packing. CONSTITUTION: An inner bag 10 in an empty state is inserted from an upper-end open part 29 of an outer container 1 so that a ring packing 8 is in engagement with an upper surface 7 of an engaging projection 6 of the outer container 1. Since a flange part 13 has a thick wall, the inner bag 10 can be stably set in the outer container 1. Therefore, there is no possibility that the inner bag 10 may slip off into the outer container 1 and an airtightness may be impaired. Next, a housing 16 with a valve mechanism 28 incorporated is inserted from the upper-end open part 29 of the outer container 1. An inner frame 17 of the housing 16 is inserted and set to the inner periphery of the flange part 13 of the inner bag 10. In this manner, the ring packing 8 and the flange part 13 are pressed against the inner surface of the outer container 1, and the ring packing 8 comes into close contact with the upper surface 7. |
