PURPOSE: To provide a guide rail for an automobile door glass plate by which even if a clearance is caused between both members of the guide rail and a slider, the vibration at the time when the door glass plate is elevated or lowered can be prevented and the door glass plate can be smoothly elevated or lowered. CONSTITUTION: In a guide rail of an automobile door glass plate which is fitted to a door frame 3 and also by which the door glass plate 7 is guided at the time when the door glass plate 7 elevated or lowered so that the slider 9 fixed to the door glass plate 7 can be slidably engaged, the guide rail 1 is provided with a guide groove 10 with which the slider 9 is engaged, and a lip-shaped member 5 made of PVC that is juxtaposed to the guide groove 10 and projected to the side of the door glass plate 7, and the lip-shaped member 5 is positioned to the inside of a sealing member 11 and is formed so that the door glass plate 7 is elastically pressed against the member through the sealing member 11 when the door glass plate 7 is elevated or lowered. |
