<p>PURPOSE: To provide an image forming device which never soils an optical sensor in the vicinity, even if toner is scattered because the charge of transferred toner is increased. CONSTITUTION: In the image forming device of the type so as to sequentially transfer each color toner image on an image carrier 20 to a paper sheet on a transfer drum 31, the optical sensor 63 is arranged in a position facing the transfer drum 31 in the vicinity of the downstream side of a transfer part, a conductive member 62 is arranged on the upstream side away from the optical sensor 63 by a prescribed distance and scattered toner is attracted to the edge part of the conductive member 62, to prevent the sticking of the toner to the optical sensor 63.</p> |
