The invention provides a screen capture method and a screen capture device based on a touch screen. The screen capture method includes the steps that if a stay time value of a user on a certain touch point of the touch screen is greater than a preset threshold value, the touch point is regarded as a touch starting point, and screen capture operation is triggered; a touch point from which the user leaves the touch screen is regarded as a touch finishing point; and a screen capture area is determined according to the touch starting point and the touch finishing point. The screen capture method and the screen capture device based on the touch screen are simple and fast, and the user can carry out the screen capture operation with a single hand. |
