<p>An agitated reactor comprises a body, a motor, a blade-paddle mechanical stirrer, process lines and one or more static mixer(s) or turbulator(s). There is a collector for collecting flow at the inlet of said mixer or turbulator, or a nozzle in front of said inlet. Said collector may be directed against flow of gas or circulating liquid, or against the direction of absolute rate of flow from said stirrer. It is possible to increase mixing effect, coefficients of mass-transfer and heat-transfer by means of the function of said stirrer, collector or nozzle and mixer.</p> |
